This is a photo of me walking point armed with the M-79. We are travailing east towards Highway 1, and the South China Sea. Our AO runs up to the base of the mountains in the background. Sometimes we are flown out there and dropped off. From there I think it took us at least a week to patrol West to Highway 1. Once there we would be picked up by truck and drove back to Camp Books.
